BETON MIXER

  • Batching plant with reversing drum mixer; support frame for tower silo, n° 1 hydraulic rotation scraping arm for two aggregate loading, mixer discharge by reversing drum, switchboard for automatic, manual and autonomous control with two mod. pws. 4 set control displays for 12 recipes for 4 aggregate and 4 cement batching, cement loading screw, water system with timed tank and pump, protection roof, cement minimum level acoustic / luminous signals (buzzer, leds), batch-counter, CE.

 

IDRO

  • IDRO D SYSTEM (400 lt. yield)

    Batching plant with forced planetary mixer and active diffuser;
    hydraulically powered by a single hydraulic pump;
    n°1 hydraulic rotation scraping arm for two aggregates;
    mixer discharge with hydraulic opening;
    switchboard for semi automatic and manual control for 2 aggregate batch;
    water system with timed tank and pump, CE.
  • HYDRO TOWER SYSTEM (400 lt. yield)

    Batching plant with forced planetary mixer and active diffuser hydraulically powered by a single hydraulic pump;
    support frame for tower silo 2000 diameter;
    n°1 hydraulic rotation scraping rarm for two aggregates;
    hydraulic mixer discharge;

TTM

  • Concrete batching plant with turbo mixer, n°1 minor series counterbalance rotation scraping arm for an aggregate, manual mixer discharge, switchboard for manual control, timed water system, C

 

R MIXER

  • Aggregate load scraping arm to suit size and capacity of production required.
  • Aggregate loading by skip or batcher belt to suit size and capacity of production required.
  • Mixer type and capacity to suit production required.
  • Cement stocking and batching group including screws and safety systems required.
  • Water group with litre counters or batching by weight, humidity control and batching of additives available.
  • Control board display, which can be connected to PLC.

 

BV MIXER

  • Aggregate stocking group with variable number and capacity horizontal hoppers, batching by small volumetric extractor belts, extracting belt to suit size and capacity of production required.
  • Aggregate loading by skip or loading belt to suit size and capacity of production required
  • Mixer to suit type and capacity of production required.
  • Cement stocking and batching group including screws and necessary safety systems.
  • Water group with litre counters or batching by weight, humidity control and batching of additives available.
  • Control board display, which can be connected to PLC.

 

BW DRY

  • Aggregate stocking group with variable number and capacity horizontal hoppers, 4 cell electronic batching by weight, compressor and air distribution to open hubs for unloading the hopper, extracting belt to suit size and capacity of production required.
  • Aggregate loading by belt and unloading conveyor for truck mixers.
  • Cement stocking and batching group including screws and safety systems to suit the production required.
  • Water group with litre counters or batching by weight, humidity control and batching of additives available. Control board display, which can be connected to PLC and/or PC.
  • Premixed loading and with by pass mixer.

 

BW MIXER
